High School diploma or GED.
At least 1 years' experience in manufacturing and/or quality (production, packaging, labeling incoming and shipping, critical systems, etc.) preferred.
Demonstrates ability to be cross-trained and demonstrates good knowledge of component identification and documentation requirements.
Must have good working knowledge of MP's and WIs in their training plan.

Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in basic English to follow instructions, interact with supervisors and coworkers, and understand safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds or more (Greater than 50lbs requires team lifting).
