Full-time, on-site warehouse roles
Shift starts vary— as early as 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM
4-day/10-hour schedules
Weekends and holidays may be included in the regular schedule
Overtime is required when operational needs arise, which may extend the scheduled shift
Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, using required protective equipment as applicable
Meet established accuracy and productivity standards throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with company, food-safety, and warehouse safety procedures
Prior general warehouse experience preferred (approximately 6 months to 1 year); no material-handling equipment experience required, as training and/or forklift certification support will be provided
Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and similar equipment (certified or willing/able to be trained and certified)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a full shift (up to 10 hours)
Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including freezer environments as cold as 0°F to -10°F, for extended periods
Basic reading and math skills to verify products, quantities, labels, and order information
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Availability to work scheduled shifts, including early start times, weekends, holidays, and overtime as operationally needed
