Qualified candidates must reside in the state of North Carolina in one of the following counties: Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, or Yancey
RN licensure highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
3+ years in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment (coding) required
One of the following required: CCS, LPN, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LVN, RN, APRN, HCQM, CHP, CPHQ, CPC, CPC-A or CBCS
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT®): For positions aligned to a corporate line of business that report into and operate within a state specific health plan, state requirements apply
Pay Range: $27.02 - $48.55 per hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status
Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives

Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline or field.
Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferable food/beverage industry.
SQF Practitioner for the facility.
Knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP plans, food safety and security standards, and governmental regulatory relating to the food / beverage industry.
Visual/Sensory: This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
Mental Stress: There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy, or similar demands.
