Demonstrate expertise in Quality Control Inspection principles and regulatory administration with 7-10 years relevant experience:
FAA Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 14 Part 21, Certification Procedures for Products and Parts
AS9100, ISO 9001 and ISO 9000 Quality Management System standards
Proficient in AS9102 First Article Inspection. DISCUS/Net Inspect
Root Cause and Corrective Action Investigation e.g. Apollo Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Five Why's, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagram, and Problem-Solving Methodologies/Techniques e.g. 8D, DMAIC
Sig Sigma, Lean and Statistical Analysis and Process Control Tools e.g. SPC, Pareto, DPMO/PPM, etc.
Familiar with use of Coordinated Measurement Machines (CMM) for product acceptance
Electronic/Electrical Test Techniques
Electronic/Electrical Inspection Methods and Acceptance Criteria
General Manufacturing and Assembly Techniques
AS9100/ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
Proficient Drawing Reading and Interpretation and ASME Y14.5 GD&T;
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
