Proven project management experience specifically within pool construction or the general construction management field.
Strong proficiency in reading, interpreting, and executing technical construction plans and specifications.
Demonstrated knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and municipal inspection procedures.
Solid organizational skills necessary for managing field documentation, project costs, and team dynamics.
Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% to various project assignments as required by the business.
