Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver's license.
Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Ability to set up and operate machines and equipment within the department
Experience operating and/or setting up CNC lathes is strongly preferred
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established standards
Maintain consistent part quality and collaborate effectively with team members to support production flow
Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform manual machine setup and breakdown
High attention to detail
Proficiency using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, verniers)
Prior manufacturing experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
