Willingness to learn and understand operations involved with area of assignment. This may include welding, CNC machine operation, installation and fabrication machinery.

An understanding of lean principles and the ability to lead employees in the use of the lean tools.
Ability to walk and stand on concrete for 90% of the shift. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Completing and complying with annual Hazardous Waste Management Training for waste management, storage and record keeping.
