Starting Pay: $17–18/hr
Move, organize, label, and stage materials throughout production and warehouse areas
Supply production lines and maintain inventory accuracy
Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, including saw and cutting equipment as assigned
Set up machines and perform changeovers according to work orders and specifications
Read production schedules and record production data accurately
Inspect finished products for quality and verify measurements meet specifications
Prepare, package, tag, and stage finished products for shipping
Load and unload materials and trailers as needed
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet customer expectations
Frequent lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
Basic computer skills and experience with production systems are a plus
Arrest and conviction records considered in accordance with laws

Proficiency working with numbers including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and decimals.
Experience using a calculator, computer systems, printers, and process control equipment.
Experience completing production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Forklift operation experience and knowledge of battery room procedures.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices.
Strong teamwork skills with the capability to work with limited supervision.
Understanding of and commitment to following plant safety rules and procedures.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
