Technical or vocational training in CNC operation is highly preferred
Previous tool and die experience - Knowledge of stamping tools, both progressive and transfer, as well as basic press and feeder knowledge required
Must have good machining skills including setup and be able to machine a component to set dimensions
CAD/CAM/3D experience required, and able to read and interpret complex blueprints and relevant documents
Must be able to lift to 35 lbs. unassisted

Work on goals with child that help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
Tech savviness - comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work independently
Evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective
Paid prior experience working with kids (i.e. Camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA, etc) preferred
