Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
A valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle

5+ years of experience in structural demolition using an excavator.
Experience operating heavy demolition equipment with a hydraulic thumb required.
Valid, clean driver's license required.
Must have a clean background (must be able to access military/government job sites).
Ability to pass a drug screen as part of pre-employment and random testing.
Must be able to get in/out of machines and perform job site tasks.
Strong understanding of demolition safety protocols and hazard mitigation.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Comfortable with weekly travel for projects.
