Technician 2 - High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years related experience.
Technician 1 - High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years related experience; or Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 0 years experience.
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, part lists, connection diagrams, schematics, engineering sketches.
Ability to work with standardized procedures for high repeatability in an advanced and connected environment.
Ability to obtain IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-J-STD-001 certification.
Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction.
Ability to work both in a team and individually.
Must be familiar with hand tools such as torque wrenches, wire cutters, strippers & crimpers, and soldering.
**Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a DoD government clearance.**
