Experience: At least 2 years of experience in quality control role within a manufacturing, environment is preferred
Proficiency in using various measuring tools and operating testing equipment (e.g. Calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, CT, X-Ray, tensile testers, TGA)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, work instructions
Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as Six Sigma, statistical process control, and 5-Why

Scope for use of office software for data processing and report output
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and irregularities accurately

Experience with metallography, CT, TGA, and chemical analysis is preferred
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to work on the computer as well as within the plant
Visual acuity (corrected or uncorrected) is sufficient to read fine print
Preferred: Technical certification or associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
