Possessing a valid Real ID
Minimum of 3 years of commercial, institutional, industrial, or healthcare plumbing experience
Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, valves, piping, and fixtures
Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems
Proficiency using hand and power tools common to the plumbing trade
Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and technical documents
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
Ability to work on ladders, at heights, and in confined spaces
Ability to work in hot environments and around noise, dust, chemicals, oils, fumes, and other occupational hazards
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators when required
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
Ability to comply with all applicable federal safety regulations and workplace policies
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and a thorough background check for access onto a military installation; please note the background check for this position extends past 7 years, in conformance with federal law and US Department of Justice guidelines for work on a military installation

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and service practices
Ability to read and interpret service documentation and schematics
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Frequent travel required to service commercial client locations across multiple markets.
Candidates must be comfortable traveling and working at various project sites as business needs require.
