Proven experience (7+ yrs) in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a hands-on, shop floor-based capacity
Proficient in data analysis and process optimization techniques
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Deep technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including CNC and manual machining, fabrication equipment, presses, robots, core machines, furnaces, and molding machines
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus
