Possess a minimum of a vocational degree in electronics/computer/networks
Has experience with routers, managed switches, LAN development, WAN development
Has knowledge of software programs and protocols: IEEE 61850, IEC 61131-3, SEL, ABB & GE platforms, DNP, Modbus, Bocce, etc.

Demonstration of ability to work within a team environment, both as a leader and as a participant.
