5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, PPAP, DOE, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
Experience working within formal quality management systems and audits
Lead quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing
Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA, 8D) to reduce defects
Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to improve process capability
Support new product launches using PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/APQP
Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, or AS9100
Lead internal audits and support customer and regulatory audits
Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in a hands-on capacity
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
