Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and written work instructions
Experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
Basic soldering experience required
Experience with electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and basic machining
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Communication skills
Ability to work effectively with Engineering and production teams
