Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Experience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, pipe threaders, roll groovers, and power tools
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair expertise
Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage controls and power distribution systems
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather and facility conditions
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as project needs require
High School Diploma or GED required
