Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Understanding of structural principles, including load analysis and material considerations (steel, concrete, etc.)
Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; additional software exposure is a plus
2–5 years of relevant engineering experience in infrastructure, utilities, construction, or renewable energy environments
Exposure to civil site work such as grading, drainage, foundations, or stormwater management
Experience reviewing engineering documents, calculations, or vendor submittals
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, project-based environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits
