1 year of framing or construction experience preferred—but we will train the right individual.
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic knowledge of hand and power tools (saw, drill, etc.).
Able to perform physically demanding tasks: lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing.
Basic math and reasoning skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and reports.

Ability to solve problems by working directly with Engineering and plant personnel and their hardware/software solutions.
Sit for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and travel to other facilities when needed.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
Minimum of an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related technical field with relevant experience is required.
