Technical or Trade School Experience
Training and experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical disciplines.
Application use of specific areas of expertise including carpentry, plumbing, painting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
Maintenance knowledge with specific equipment and processes including crane and hoist equipment, air compressors, pneumatic tools, press brakes, paint booths, saws, and CNC equipment.
Safety specific experience includes OSHA and environmental regulations, electrical safety, machine safeguarding, and PPE.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and equipment troubleshooting skills
Computer skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
Organizational skills and a service mindset.
Ability to communicate professionally and consistently in all situations.
Experience with computerized maintenance software.
Travel up to 30% and to any of our locations, including Canada
Working in a manufacturing environment while standing or sitting for a minimum of eight hours per day is required.
Occasionally, this job operates in an office environment with computer work required.
The employee is regularly required to communicate with others using either meetings, telephone, or computer.
The employee frequently is required to stand (sometimes for extended periods); walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift small loads and operate both hand and power tools and equipment regularly and without difficulty.
