Experience reading commercial construction plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Working knowledge of estimating principles, labor production, materials, equipment, and project costs.
Ability to prepare organized, accurate, and complete estimates.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with office, field, and leadership teams.
Willingness to attend occasional project meetings and site visits throughout the Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and surrounding regional market.
Proficiency with estimating software or the ability to learn PaintWorx systems quickly.
