High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years' related experience and/or training
Experience with GD&T; (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)
Must pass certification for IPC-A-610 after hire (if not currently certified)
Must be familiar with workmanship standards IPC, MIL Specs, ISO 9001, etc.
Must have experience in quality and source inspection of electronic components
Must be able to perform work with a microscope for several hours per day
Experience interpreting engineering specifications (drawings, bills of material, deviations)
Experience with dimensional inspection tools (calipers, micrometer)
Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
Computer literate with MS Excel experience
