High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of facilities management experience in commercial, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers
Demonstrated experience with compliance and preventive maintenance program management
Budget management and capital project planning experience
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing critical building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
Experience with operational risk management and emergency response
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex building system problems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays; available for on-call after-hours emergencies
Ability to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and working in various environmental conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
