15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
Experience in highly precision engineered large machinery manufacturing environments involving metal fabrication, welding, and machining.
Experienced in P&L; management and large operational budgets.
Demonstrated executive competencies: strategic agility, operational mastery, stakeholder influence, emotional intelligence, talent development.
