Assembler I - 1st Shift

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
Ability to read and follow blueprints and multi-step written and verbal instructions
Basic computer proficiency (Windows-based systems, data entry, standard applications)
Basic familiarity with ERP software (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout a standard workday
Physical activities include bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Primary shift: First Shift —7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Overtime may be required up to 50 hours/week based on production demand, including occasional Saturdays

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing engineering field.
Proficient with all computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, Project Management etc.
Proficient using 3D CAD and AutoCAD software.
High-level of skill in setting standards, methods improvements, layout design, assembly tooling/fixtures, line balancing, equipment justification and developing assembly worksheets.
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and phone are essential.
Ability to simultaneously work on many projects is required.
High-level knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to develop processes that produce high quality parts.
Accuracy and attention to detail are required
Patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills are very important.
Must comply with all environmental and safety rules, and practices.

Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship/work authorization.
Three years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Must demonstrate ability to operate site-specific equipment during the interview process.
Must have ability to obtain security badge at client facility.
Requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Requires the ability to regularly climb extension ladders, roof ladder, stepladders, and stairs at least 10 times during shift.
Requires the ability/flexibility to repetitively bend/stoop, squat, kneel, stretch/reach, move in a 90-degree fashion for shift.
Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movement.
Ability to walk extensively throughout the plant during shift.
Requires the use of a Company/Client approved utility knife.
Ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding.
Ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
