Universal EPA / CFC license.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering, including packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and general building repair and maintenance.
Valid Tennessee Driver's License.
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel), CMMS, and internet-based software.
Capable of effective CAPA management and strict enforcement of Health & Safety regulations.
Able to respond on-site for emergency service within 45 minutes.
