Experience with metal additive manufacturing required.
Experience with laser powder bed fusion technology strongly preferred.
Field service, industrial equipment maintenance, or OEM experience preferred.
Knowledge of industrial lasers, motion systems, and electro-mechanical equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, and engineering instructions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a travel-intensive schedule.
