Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
5+ years in maintenance engineering or similar role in manufacturing/industrial environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma tools.
Proven expertise in total productive maintenance practices, reliability-centered maintenance, and maintenance management systems.
Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment; preferably molding, stamping and high-speed assembly.
Strong written and verbal communication including technical writing skills.
Experience with automation and control systems, PLC & CAD software, CMMS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hydra MES systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance management software.
