2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting)
Strong command of at least two major languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience working with SQL databases
Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors
This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier.ai platform

Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Years of Experience Required: Two years in aviation maintenance, military, or manufacturing.
Physical Requirements: Work may require bending, carrying up to 40 lbs.
Sitting or standing up to a minimum for eight hours per day
Proficient in the understanding of Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paper work system.
Demonstrable mechanical aptitude

Ability to read/write in the English language
Proficiently use and train others in the use of measuring tools (e.g. OD & ID Micrometers, height gages, dial calipers, optical flats, etc.).
