Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of relevant technical experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts
Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. during hardware installation
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
Must be able to travel and work in varying environments, including customer sites with noise or smoke exposure
Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities
This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals
You may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities
