Equipment Used: Gas Tungsten Arc Welder (Lincoln, Miller)
Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
Must be conversant in and read, write, and understand English
Due to ITAR Restrictions, an export license may be required
Minimum 3 years' experience welding aluminum and stainless
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Must be able to pass annual eye examination
Must be able to weld components that are vertical, flat, or overhead
Must demonstrate ability to weld in accordance with aerospace welding spec. AWS D17.1 and pass welder certification

Reporting to work during snow, Ice and cold weather required.
Will be working outside in all weather conditions year-round
Valid driver's license
Overtime is necessary during weather emergencies
Must be willing to learn hydraulic systems
Will retain a motor vehicle driver's license for both air side / non airside in good standing at all times
Airport deicing training will be required.
Follow all safety guidelines set out by WCB, EPA, WHIMIS, and SP management
Willing to travel when necessary for training or to assist other SP stations with GSE needs as required
