Plus 5+ years of experience in a component manufacturing business.
Rubber to metal molding engineering experience a must.
Experience in adhesives and application of the adhesives to metals used in rubber to metal molding
Proven track record in program management and leadership, with the ability to communicate at all levels
Knowledge of design and development of molding tooling, lean manufacturing, and equipment design and assembly engineering
Experience working in a ISO/TS/AS 9100 environment
SPC expert
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or an equivalent eight-year training program recognized by the skilled trades committee or equivalent verifiable tool and die maker experience
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing dies, tools, fixtures, and jigs, both in-press and at the bench
Strong understanding of precision measuring and gauging tools
Experience operating lathes, mills, and grinding machinery
