4+ years of experience in Plastics Molding Supplier Quality Management or related field
LEAN Manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of plastic molding materials, technologies, and processes
Strong knowledge of packaging quality standards
Knowledge of root cause analysis to address plastic molding issues
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25%
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
