- Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science; or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications; or four-year electronics apprentice program; or High School diploma or GED.

- Three (3) years of experience in task C4ISR systems, C4ISR land-based vehicular platforms or related C4ISR systems/subsystems, of which 2 must have been performed within the last 3 years.
- Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to hire, SAIC will help to obtain.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
