Embedded Software Engineering Lead

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of professional embedded software experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
Proven architecture experience designing embedded systems for constrained, safety‑critical, or high‑reliability platforms.
Strong C and C++ skills and experience with RTOSes such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or similar.
Experience building, debugging, and maintaining embedded Linux systems; creating and maintaining Yocto recipes, layers, BSPs, and reproducible images for embedded targets.
Experience with hardware interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe, Ethernet, and high‑speed serial links.
Experience with firmware bring‑up, bootloaders, and BSP development.
Familiarity with CI/CD for embedded systems, automated testing, and version control workflows.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross‑disciplinary teams.
Due to export regulations, U.S. citizenship or U.S. person status may be required.

Ten years of related functional experience
