* High-Reliability Design: Experience designing high-reliability, mission-critical power systems.
* Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
* At least 6+ years of years of hands-on experience working on power system design and development.
* Battery Safety: Experience contributing to the development and execution of battery safety plans.
* Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance as a U.S. Citizen.
* Strong Fundamentals: Deep technical fundamentals in energy storage systems, electronics design, and/or product development.
* Hands-on Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting the delivery of cutting-edge, high-density energy storage systems for complex and harsh environments.
