Hybrid Position
Required Travel: local travel to other corporate sites will be required as needed (Arlington Heights, Warrenville)
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5+ Years Five (5) or more years of experience of related experience in IT Systems, Platform Engineering or Technical Engineering related to the role's specific technology portfolio
Windows Platform Engineering
Functional Knowledge of Cloud platforms and deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory / Entra AD, Azure Tenant management and configuration, MS Windows Servers, Security, PKI / Certificate Management, Server Hardware (e.g., HP Synergy, Cisco UCS), Mobile Device Management (MDM) Platforms (e.g. Microsoft InTune, WorkspaceOne), messaging and collaboration platforms (e.g. Webex, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), DNS / DHCP management (e.g. Infoblox), Data Loss Protection (DLP) (e.g. ForcePoint, Microsoft, ProofPoint, etc.); anti-virus (e.g. Crowdstrike, Trend, etc.), compliance, vulnerability management, patch management, monitoring, restoration, performance, architecture, and lifecycle management, etc.
Knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies and models.
Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Platforms (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of SaaS and Hosting platforms.
Knowledge of Automation technologies.
