High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical or vocational training in electronics, electrical systems, or a related field is preferred
5+ years of experience in technical support or field service, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Experience in the fire, security and surveillance industry is required
In-depth knowledge of security and surveillance systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
NICET Level 1 certification in Fire Alarm Systems, or equivalent is required
