Location: Arlington, Texas or Charlotte, North Carolina
Participate in outbound cold calls and customer research for customer and event prospecting
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Windows
Oversee fulfillment of orders, both digitally and physically
Salary: $18/hour
Background or experience communicating with customers via phone and email
Maintain a high level of accuracy for information given and data entry for reservations and orders
Review all internal memos to maintain a high level of knowledge for assigned group sales products, client events, and other general park and marketing information
Strong work ethic, problem solving, time management, attention to detail
Excellent communication skills including proper grammar for written and verbal communications
Experience working in Salesforce CRM, and other related programs
Provide accurate product and program information including suggestive upsell of additional products as appropriate

Take small group and youth reservations

Delivery Vehicle & Gas
Have reliable transportation to get to and from work. We supply vans for deliveries!
Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Must be a safe driver as this is evaluated on a driver performance APP and by in-vehicle cameras.
Be at least 21 years of age
Must pass a 4-panel drug screen (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
Uniforms
Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently throughout the day (in all types of weather) – you will have 200 or more stops every shift.
Authorized to work in the United States
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
Have a valid non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license that has not expired
