Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy;
**Physical –** periods of extended standing, bending, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, drive vehicles, reach above and below shoulder level. Complete tasks at a fast pace, sustain consistent physical effort, sustain continuous and prolonged standing and movement. Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional disposition in all circumstances.
**Attendance** – maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Work as assigned schedule which may be irregular and include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
Current and valid drivers' license;
**Environmental** – will work outdoors year-round, and be exposed to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather (rain, snow), humidity, wet surfaces, gasoline and exhaust fumes, machinery and moving parts, and brief exposure to car wash tunnel noise.
**Vision and Hearing –** Far and near visual acuity, peripheral vision and depth perception. Hear, understand, and distinguish speech from other sounds (e.g., alarms, horns, vehicles, and equipment).
Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others;
**Language** – must be able to fluently speak and understand English when communicating with other team members, managers, and customers for business related purposes.

Lifeguard

Hiring immediately with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling – must be at least sixteen (16) years or older except for some locations and aquatics positions, such as lifeguard, where the requirement is at least fifteen (15) years or older.
Must be at least 16 years of age
Swim 50 yards in 4 ft. of water and retrieve a 10 lb brick from the bottom of pool
Sit or stand for extended periods of time
Minimum of 20/25 corrected or uncorrected vision and no permanent eye abnormalities
Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
Ability and willingness to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training
No experience required, training provided
Successful completions of criminal background check and drug screen
Capable of prolonged exposure to hot and humid environments

Must be able to continuously pull, push, and hold tubes, rafts, and mats.
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to swim across 10 feet under water.
Must complete a minimum of 4 hours of in-service training per month.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs. for a minimum of 25 feet over various surfaces.
Must be able to retrieve a 10lb. brick from a minimum of 5 feet of water
Must be able to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
Must be able to stand in and move through water for periods of time at water depths from 0 to 6 feet.
Must be able to stand and walk a minimum of 7 to 10 hours a day over various number of surfaces.
Must be able to achieve, and maintain, certification as a Shallow Water Lifeguard.
Must be able to exit out of a pool without using a ladder.
Must be able to continuously kneel, use hand-eye coordination, maintain a minimum of 20/25 vision or have 20/25 corrected vision.
Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
