This position requires in-person work in the Lansdale or North Wales area of Pennsylvania
2 years of experience with children required
Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, and otherwise fully participate in activities
Respond immediately and appropriately to multiple or unexpected situations or emergencies
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
Frequently lift, carry, or hold children with a range of weight from 10 to 40 pounds; occasionally lift, carry, or hold weight more than 40 pounds
Pass required state and company background checks
Maintain mental and physical alertness and an appropriate level of energy to perform essential job requirements
This position is eligible for a $2,000 hiring incentive
OR 15 credit hours from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children required
