Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Proven experience in SMT electronics assembly, soldering, and testing.
Able to obtain IPC-610, IPC620 and J Standard 001 certifications on first try and/or no more than 2 times.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Basic knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and SMT-specific equipment.
Ability to tolerate exposure to solder paste, flux, and solder fumes.
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
