Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in electro-mechanical product design, including designs for PCB/PCBAs.
Strong experience in structural analysis (e.g., FEA for stress, vibration, modal, and thermal analyses).
Proven ability to translate analysis results into design improvements and practical engineering decisions.
Hands-on experience with 3D CAD such as SolidWorks.
Experience developing fixtures for product assembly and testing.
High awareness for quality and manufacturability, including statistical tolerance analysis, and GD&T.;
Experience supporting environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal vacuum) and correlating with analytical models.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complexity, system-level interactions, and multidisciplinary trade-offs.
Experience working with on-board digital payloads and/or processors.
Experience working with customers across all program lifecycle stages, including institutional and government customers (e.g., ESA, NASA, USSF).
Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment.
Ability to work concurrently across multiple teams and programs.
