3+ years of chemical or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
Experience working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting issues.
Knowledge of pumps, compressors, distillation systems, reactors, centrifuges, filtration and evaporation systems preferred.
Experience working a rotating shift schedule.
Able to communicate well verbally and orally.

10 years' experience with injection molding tooling, processing, and project management
Previous Tooling experience, preferably in an automotive lighting environment
Tooling purchasing and project management including cost, capacity, and risk management
High School Diploma
College degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience and training
Ability to use various Microsoft based programs and or ERP programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
