High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of hands‑on assembly or manufacturing experience required
Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude, dexterity, and fine motor skills
Effective English communication (verbal and written)
Ability to plan, execute, and complete tasks independently
Proficient with hand tools; accurate use of calipers; soldering preferred
Electronic Assembler responsibilities require IPC J‑STD and IPC‑A‑610 certifications
Comfortable in high‑precision and explosive‑handling environments; follows strict safety guidelines
Self‑starter with strong follow‑through
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

5-10 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
CDL a plus
Must provide your own comprehensive tool set
Must have electrical diagnostic and repair skills
Must be familiar with scan tools, ability to run bi-lateral tests, pin-out testing, and data comprehension
Must have drivability diagnostic skills
Strong suspension and brake diagnostic skills
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
