Min High School Diploma or equivalent
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience at ALPLA or similar industry
Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety
Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with power transmission systems and industrial controls
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with programmable controllers
Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations
Problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.

Inspection experience in an electronics manufacturing environment or equivalent electronics background
Ability to interpret electronic processes and identify defects
Ability to diagnose rejects according to ISO standards
Strong soldering and electronic repair skills, including replacing small components and understanding component polarity and placement
Good communication and computer skills
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Must be able to perform first-piece inspections at the start of each shift
