- Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions, including drawings and specification sheets, to assemble bearing products as directed, adhering to quality standards
- Maintain established production levels through safe and efficient operations
- Inspect & identify any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship, and report them to assigned leader
- Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, and maintain required records
