Have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Must have the ability to follow detailed written instructions in the performance of electrical, optical, and mechanical assembly operations that include: solder, harness and cable, mechanical assembly of chassis, line replaceable units and systems level assembly.
Must have the ability to pass the solder, harness and cable certification course provided by the company.
Must have Prior computer experience required because work instructions are online for configuration control.
Candidates must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd , or "D" weekend shift according to the collective bargaining agreement between Lockheed Martin and the UAW.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electronic assembly and/or electronic quality inspection.
Soldering and rework experience required.
Strong visual acuity with experience using microscopes and inspection tools to evaluate small, high-density components.
High level of accuracy and consistency when inspecting and documenting electronic assemblies.
Familiarity with electronic components, PCB layouts, and workmanship standards.
Interpret Technical Documentation: Read and interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, work instructions, and quality criteria in English to ensure conformance to design and manufacturing standards.
Standards Compliance: Follow IPC and company quality guidelines to support products used in medical, industrial, and military applications.
Communication Skills: Ability to read, speak, and understand English fluently.
