High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly techniques
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
Basic understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues
Familiarity with assembly equipment and tools used in electronics manufacturing

Pay range: $19/hr. or more for DOE
M-F 8am- 5pm
Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods
